Air Fryer Cheeseburger Eggrolls

Ground Turkey (or Beef)
1 lb
Shredded Cheese
0.5 cup


brown meat, season with preferred seasoning, drain fat if necessary.
add shredded cheese and browned meat to a food processor, pulse 8-10 times or until well mixed.
place egg roll wrapper on surface, spread about 2 tbsp of meat/cheese mixture into a line, leaving about 1/2 inch on each side, top with diced pickles. run finger along edges with warm water, fold in sides and roll until closed.
place in air fryer for 8 minutes, flipping halfway, on 400 degrees.
** I didn’t need to use the food processor because the meat was pretty crumbled while I was browning it. Use your best judgement. I used sweet relish in place of pickles, it did the job.**

I was able to use an entire package of egg roll wrappers.
