3/4 cup
Ground Turkey (or Beef)
1 lb
Taco Seasoning
1 packet
Flour Tortillas (taco Size)
Refried Beans
15 oz
Enchilada Sauce
10 oz
Shredded Mexican 4-cheese Blend
2 cups


Preheat oven to 400 degrees, brown and crumble ground meat.
Mix cooked meat, taco seasoning and water; bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer until thickened.
In a large skillet, heat up oil and add tortillas one at a time and cook for 3-4 minutes, flipping frequently until crisp. set aside.
heat up refried beans to make spreading easier.
on each tortilla, slather with refried beans then top with taco meat. place another tortilla on top, then top with enchilada sauce and cheese; continue until done assembling all pizzas.
place pizzas on a baking sheet for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

serve with favorite toppings.
optional toppings: diced tomatoes, sliced green onion, sliced olives, sour cream
