Guava and Cream Cheese Pastries

-Preheat oven to 375
-Prepare a cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray
-After the puff pastry has thawed, cut each sheet into 6 rectangles so that you have 12 altogether.
-Cut the cream cheese block into 12 even pieces. Cut 12 pieces of guava paste to match the size of the cream cheese pieces.
-Place cream cheese and guava on one half of each rectangle, leaving enough room on the edges for sealing.
-Brush the edges with egg wash, Fold each rectangle over, crimp the edges with a fork.
-Cut two slits in the top of each pastry. Brush each with egg wash, sprinkle each one with granulated sugar.
-Bake at 375 on a lightly greased cookie sheet for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
