Lasagna Rolls



Ground Turkey (or Beef)
1 lb
0.5 tsp
0.5 tsp
Fresh Baby Spinach
1.5 cup
Parmesan Cheese
1.5 cup
Minced Garlic
0.5 tsp


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook noodles according to package. Cook & crumble ground turkey, add salt & pepper to taste.
Mix ricotta cheese, spinach, parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, italian seasoning, pepper, & salt in a bowl, add in ground turkey and set aside.
In a baking dish, place 1 cup of pasta sauce in the bottom, spread evenly.
Lay a piece of wax paper on counter, place lasagna noodles out & dab with a paper towel, making sure to remove all moisture.
Spread cheese mixture evenly over each piece of lasagna, roll up from one end to the other; place seam side down in dish. Repeat until all noodles are gone.
Top lasagna rolls with sauce & mozzarella cheese.
Cover with aluminum foil and place in preheated oven. Bake for 40 minutes, serve immediately.
