Ingredients

Lean Ground Beef Or Turkey
0.5 lb
White Onion, Cut In Half

Lettuce, Chopped

Tomato, Chopped

Directions

In a medium skillet, add oil or nonstick spray, then add the lean beef/turkey and 1/2 the chopped onion. Mix and cooked until crumbled and cooked through. Drain fat/grease, set aside.
While the ground beef/turkey is cooking, prep vegetables: chop the lettuce, onions, dill pickles, and tomato. Have the cheese ready as well.
Using a large bowl, add lettuce, tomatoes, remaining chopped onion, pickles, cheese, and cooked beef/turkey. Drizzle with dressing, toss and enjoy!
Description
I use Thousand Island Dressing but there is a copycat big mac sauce recipe that can be used.
