Russet Potatoes

Directions

chop potatoes into 2 in chunks and roughly chop the onion
add potatoes, onion, chicken broth, garlie, salt, and pepper to the crock pot; cook on high for 4 hours (or low 6-8 hours)
when done cooking, remove lid and add cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and heavy cream; using potato masher, blend ingredients for a slightly chunky soup (or use an immersion blender for a smoother soup)
top with your choice of toppings
