Poblano Peppers - Diced (3-4 Peppers)

Directions

Add everything but the cream cheese and the cheddar chees to the crockpot. Cover & cook on LOW for 6-8 hours. Uncover and throw out the bay leaves. Take out the chicken and shred and set aside. Add a about 1 cup broth from crock pot to a blender and add the cream cheese. Blend until smooth and then pour back in to the crockpot. Stir in the cheddar cheese and chick. Serve
Description
Can be served with tortilla strips, avocado, cilantro, sour cream as toppings. Also can be frozen and reheated later
