Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
Chunky Salsa

-Add the chicken to your slow cooker.
- Combine the rest of the ingredients and pour on top of the chicken.
-Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
-Shred the chicken thighs, stir to combine, and add salt/pepper to taste
-Serving suggestion: Top with shredded cheese, sour cream, avocado, guacamole or any other taco toppings. Serve with rice, taco shells, tortilla chips, or just in a bowl with preferred toppings.
